Injury screening

Injury screening

Our data-driven screening process analyzes movement patterns, strength, and power to identify players at risk for injury.  Corrective exercise plans are provided to correct and restore muscle and movement quality to reduce injury risk or improve performance.

Team Injury Prevention Program

Team Injury Prevention Program

An 8 week program including 20 minute workouts 2x/week.  Players will be guided through specialized exercises that improve strength, muscle activation, and power. Retesting/Screening is performed every 8 weeks. This targeted program will reduce athlete injuries and improve their performance on the field.

  • 8 week Team program (individual screening, rescreening, 2x weekly 20 min trainings)
