One hour 1-on-1 comprehensive assessment using cutting-edge technology to identify biomechanical dysfunctions affecting lower body power, in addition to sport- specific reactivity and upper body power. Detailed analysis of findings will be used to create a highly specialized exercise program for each tennis athlete.
